The Netherlands: Standard shipping is €4,99 and free for all orders over €90. The shipping time is roughly 1-3 business days. Belgium and Germany: Standard shipping is €7,99. The shipping time is roughly 3-7 business days. France, Luxembourg and Austria: Standard shipping is €9,99. The shipping time is roughly 3-7 business days.

Once you have received your confirmation email, it should take 4-5 business days before you refund is completed. If we have processed your refund, it can take 1 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account, depending on your bank.

State which products you wish to return and why. Confirm all of your original delivery information. Once you have confirmed your return information, you can ship your product for the return. 3. You will be asked to download your return label. Print this label, attach it to your package, and leave it at the drop-off point you chose. 4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your return. Once you have received the confirmation email, it should take 4-5 business days before your refund is completed.
